Provider Collaboration
The pharmacy collaborates with your care team to adjust your medications with order changes from your provider and will obtain any refills that may be required.
Our pharmacists keep track of and support your care by handling the following:
- Drug interactions
- Medication allergies
- Duplicate therapy concerns
- Medication questions or concerns
- Medications not covered by insurance or Medicaid
- Obtaining prescription refills from physician
